1. Definitions and Interpretations

The following terms used in this Agreement carry the meanings defined below:

• "Platform" or "Site" — The 8fbb website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "You" — A person who is registered on the platform and uses its services.
• "Account" — The registered profile of a user through which games are played and transactions are managed.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum total bet amount required before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Real Money" — Funds deposited directly, not bonus money.
• "Services" — All gaming, betting, and entertainment content provided by 8fbb.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use 8fbb services:

• A person may only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms.

8fbb reserves the right to verify the age or identity of any user and may request supporting documents (a copy of a national ID or passport). Withdrawals may be held pending completion of verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account at 8fbb, you must provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details. Providing false information may result in account termination.

3.2 Password and Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Never share your login details with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• 8fbb is not responsible for any transactions resulting from third-party use of your account.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

8fbb offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The current welcome bonus is up to 200% on your first deposit, worth up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• You may not withdraw funds until you have wagered the combined total of your deposit and bonus money 10 times.
• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in permanent account closure.
• 8fbb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the terms of any bonus offer, 8fbb's decision is final.

5.2 VIP Program

The 8fbb VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier. Tier upgrades are based on regular gaming activity. The detailed rules of the VIP program apply and are subject to change.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on the 8fbb platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed during gameplay.

• The outcome of each game is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• If a connection is lost during a live casino game, the result of the last confirmed round will be considered valid.
• If an incorrect payout occurs due to a software error or technical issue, 8fbb reserves the right to correct that amount.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the outcome of the bet is subject to 8fbb's sports rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8fbb, and violation may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Exploiting bonuses by creating multiple accounts (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Operating an account using a false identity.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or participating in professional betting syndicates.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises with 8fbb, we aim to reach a fair and prompt resolution for all parties.

8.1 How to Submit a Complaint

4. It is your responsibility to cooperate during the investigation process.

9. Limitation of Liability

8fbb bears no liability in the following circumstances:

• Disruption to games or transactions caused by internet outages, power failures, or other technical issues.
• Loss resulting from a user's own negligence or breach of these terms.
• Delays or losses caused by failure of third-party services (payment gateways, internet service providers).
• Unauthorized use of an account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

In any case, 8fbb's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user during the relevant period.

10. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content, designs, software, trademarks, and logos on the 8fbb platform are protected by the intellectual property rights of 8fbb or its associated licensors.

• Reproducing, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without our permission is prohibited.
• Viewing and using platform information for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.
• Imitating or using 8fbb's trademarks or logos without authorization is a punishable offence under the law.

• Legal reasons or regulatory directives.

12.2 Closed by the User

You can close your account at any time by submitting a request via live chat or email. It is advised to withdraw all valid funds before closing your account.
